Records
Coordinator for branch office of international law firm to supervise 1 full-time and 1 part-time clerk.
File and coordinate correspondence and
pleadings, organize binders, prepare file boxes and
send/retrieve files to and from offsite facility.
Must have excellent organization and communication skills, experience with LegalKey
or similar records management software and 1 year's
experience in a large law firm's records
department.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent,
ability to operate office equipment including fax, label and
printer machines, move and/or lift containers weighing 30+ pounds,
use step ladders, push carts and retrieve/replace objects
from shelving units (from floor level to 8 feet).
