Self-starter insurance defense trial attorney for in-house position.  Requires CA bar membership, 3+ years' experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial and trial preparation - legal research, law and motion, conferences, ADR and demonstrated knowledge of appeals, insurance coverage and conflict issues.   Must possess case analysis abilities, a track record of proven case resolution skills, excellent resource management and teamwork skills and be proficient on MS Word.  Competitive salary and bonus package.  Position available immediately.

Two law clerks are needed to work with busy litigator beginning immediately (April).  Wear many hats ---You might be asked to prepare and organize information, research and analyze legal data, check facts of cases, interact with attorneys, witnesses and clients, answer busy phones, or schedule meetings and appointments.  Must be at least a second year law student with a passion for the law, good grades and the ability to type.  Prior law clerk experience helpful.
