Bordwell & Associates was established in 1988. CEO, Rose Mary Bordwell, is a successful legal recruiter with over twenty-five years of experience, having spent nine of those years as a law school director of career services. Bordwell is a California Accredited Consultant (CAC), a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and an active advisory board member for the paralegal program at Coastline Community College. In 2004, Bordwell was named California Staffing Profession of the Year and in 2009 she was awarded the James R. Pierce Lifetime Achievement Award, acknowledging her dedication and commitment to the recruiting industry.
Senior legal and corporate recruiter, Kellie Lewis, CAC, CSP, is a successful staffing professional with over ten years recruiting experience. Having received numerous awards, she was named Orange County's Staffing Professional of the year in 2008 and recognized as an OC Women in Business nominee.
